  Gem Properties, Inc. has been building their reputation as a company of integrity, building quality homes
in the Tulsa Metro area since 1972.  This family based company builds homes with the best quality
materials and utilizes skilled craftmanship from the plan design stage to completion,
striving to meet the needs of their customers.

Gary Soderstrom, owner of Gem Properties, Inc. does not use job site superintendents, instead
he personally oversees construction of your new home and works along side his subcontractors,
many of whom have served Gem Properties for over 30 years.

      

The Gem Properties, Inc. team includes Gary's wife Janet Soderstrom and their daughter, Kimberly Leitch.
The team works collaboratively to make your homebuilding experience a time of great joy,
allowing your involvement to be at whatever level you desire.  As an accomplished builder with
many years of experience, they are able to offer a "fixed cost" price for your new home, rather than
the uncertainty of the cost-plus approach that has become the norm in the Tulsa marketplace.

Both Gary & Janet are active in community outreach programs volunteering time with Restore Hope,
managing a program that feeds Sunday morning breakfast to the homeless at the Salvation Army,
leading mission trips to Mexico to build homes for the needy and are regular members at
St. James United Methodist Church in Tulsa.

Gary, Janet & Kim are all members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa.
Gary currently serves on the Executive Board of the HBA of Greater Tulsa.  Gary & Janet both serve on the Board of Directors of the HBA of Greater Tulsa.  Gary is a Professional Building Contractor with the City of Tulsa, and a Certified Professional Builder with the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association.
Gary is also a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders. 

Janet & Kim are also licensed Realtors with Chinowth & Cohen Realtors.

available to help get your current home ready to sell, list and get it closed.
